§ 1 Information about TERRA TURKA

§ 2 Kind of occupation

The portal of TERRA TURKA  is arranging various activities for their customers with Travel Agencies, Hotels and other companies.

TERRA TURKA informs their customers via their web-side about offfers of their contract partners. Terra Turka does not take any

responsibility for the content of other pages which are conected with hyperlinks from other persons or companies.

 

§ 3 Bookings & Reservations

As far as definite bookings or contracts have been made via Terra Turka with another company in the name of the customer –

f. e. diving or surf courses, the customer has to deal directly with our contract partner in case of any questions or querries.

 

§ 4 Data Protection

Any personal dates provided by the customers are not given to an unauthorised third party.

 

§ 5  Liability

TERRA TURKA is only reliable for breaches of duty in case of negligence.

If the customer himself is responsible for any damage ( negligence ), he has to compensate it accordingly.

TERRA TURKA  is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness and the update of  the contents of the  web site.  

In case of vis majeur like strike and lockout not caused by the parties the agreement stays valid as soon as the situation

caused by vis majeur is present.  As soon as the conditions caused by vis majeur are finished, both parties are obliged to

do their best in order to reinstall the same conditions prior to the vis majeur.

 

§ 6 Applicable law

Applicable law for any kind of disputes between the customers and TERRA TURKA is only the Turkish Law.

 

§ 7 Changes in the terms & conditions

TERRA TURKA reserves the right to change the terms & conditions any time. Our customers will be informed accordingly.
